Again this proves the difficulty of forecasting outcomes, in this case only two months in advance. And yet we still have confidence in forecasts made 10, 20 even 50 years in advance.
It is refreshing to see a resident elected to the Board that is not a long standing member of the clique responsible for saddling our Village with the current over capacity. Mr. Sidor ran a good campaign and can be a great trustee.
Hopefully, Mr. Sidor can retain autonomy long enough to provide fresh leadership needed to begin to reverse the effects of policies, implemented over the last 20 years, that has created the commercial vacancies in Arlington Heights.
